Hawk Squad has a zero tolerance policy that prohibits discrimination against Techs or Customers based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, medical condition, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or other improper basis.

You’ll be asked to provide a payment method during the booking of your service request. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to sign to acknowledge the successful completion of the order. Once you confirm the completion of your service with your signature, you will then be charged.  
 If your tech was unable to complete the service for any reason, you can deny paying any money or they will inform Hawk Squad and our support specialists will be in touch to discuss your options. 
 If you are not satisfied with your service, please don’t sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our Support specialists will be in touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.

We believe in full customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfy with our services for any reason; we will refund your money for premium packages. One timer package is an one time support package which is non- refundable but you can contact our customer specialist and they can assist you with best solution immediately.
